The Hirsch brewery in Wurmlingen was founded in 1782 and has been family-owned ever since.
Now in its sixth generation, delicious beer specialties are brewed with great care and traditional craftsmanship. The Hirsch brewery brews expressly in accordance with the German Purity Law and uses only the best raw materials from the region, which are controlled and cultivated in an integrated manner by farmers as contractual partners.
As a regional private brewery, Hirsch-Brauerei relies on a regional supply and distribution concept for its products. For this, the brewery was awarded the seal of origin and quality by the state of Baden-Württemberg.
What tastes good to customers also regularly impresses a wide range of expert juries: several DLG awards, several gold, silver and bronze medals at the European Beer Award and the selection of the Hefe-Weisse as “Beer of the Month” are both praise and incentive for the brewery managers.
